[1.16.5] WorldGuard and Residence flags doesn't function well #2147

Minecraft Version : 1.16.5

Mohist Version : 963

Operating System : Linux

Concerned mod / plugin : WorldGuard 7.0.5 (https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldguard/files/3342964) and Residence 5.0.1.3 (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/residence-1-7-10-up-to-1-18.11480/reviews)

Steps to Reproduce :

  1. Have the build of mohist
  2. Have Residence or Worldguard plugin installed
  3. Turn on listed plugin

Description of issue : Flags of WorldGuard and Residence, such as pvp off, fall damage off, invincible (WG), damage by mobs off does not work.

basically any protection and worldguard plugin with protected area, even with pvp off, the player can take the damage.

Last version mohist.

Last version worldguard and world edit.

i can't disable pvp :(

problem plugin: worldguard, redprotect and other MOD: ftb teams, pvp disable server.
