[1.16.5] Can't join server with ServerNPC #2292

Description

I use the latest version of ServerNPC (which is 1.14.3-Release-b1) and my problem is that when I join the server I have this error in the console : https://haste.mohistmc.com/ekatumunef.md And it can't let me join my server, I also have an error message on Minecraft (client-side) just look at the image attached

How to reproduce

To reproduce the bug : 1- Put ServerNPC (latest version) on the plugins folder 2- Start the server 3- Connect to the server 4- Here you have the error on client-side and on server-side and you can't connect to the server

Comment from Discord by NzoSifou#1412 : I also used the version 1.14.1-release-b1 of ServerNPC before testing with the latest version of ServerNPC and it didn't work too

ProtocolLib 4.8.0 will trigger the problem

Protocollib 4.7.0 also has this problem

Emmm has the same problem from 4.5.1 to the latest version

protocolib 4.7.0 and 4.7.0 no have suporte for minecraft 1.16.5
