Mod list : The problem persists even without mods.

Description of issue : The server somehow lags behind, for example, I throw a boomerang from the Quark mod and it breaks blocks with a delay, or I shoot from a mining laser from the IC2 Classic mod and everything hangs, I hit monsters or animals - they lag.

tested without optimization mods, leave only Quark, IC2, Lootr, Supplementaries. The error persists.
