Server can't start, and nothing we can do #2752

Minecraft Version : {1.20.2}

Mohist Version : {[mohist-1.20.2-28 to 36}

Operating System : {Windows}

Mod list : {Pixelmon and usefulbackpacks}

Plugin list : {Essentials, protection stones, chunky, placeholder api, skinrestorer, vault, toggle pvp, worldedit and worldguard}

Description of issue : {It can't start, literaly give me this error before start anything of the server, I try in 2 pc with 2 ethernet but dont work, I update java version to 17 and 21 but nothing and try to instal a new server without nothing but still giving me this error}

Update: now with the 38 version give me this error:

Please try with latest build (38) to be sure. On discord Mgazul said he modified the startup, so it's normal for now.
