Plugin list : N/A, server won't load, no current plugins in plugins folder
Description of issue : Getting this error on a fresh ATM 9 server, and trying to install on an existing ATM9 server.
Have tried different java versions (17, and 21), and have tried on windows which has resulted in the same.
