Enhance the weather app by adding dynamic backgrounds and weather icons that change based on the current weather conditions to improve user experience.

Tasks:

Animations for Backgrounds: Implement smooth background animations that change based on the weather conditions (e.g., sunny, rainy, snowy, etc.). Ensure the transitions between weather conditions are smooth and visually appealing. Consider using gradients or subtle animations (like moving clouds or raindrops) to add life to the design.

Dynamic Weather Icons: Add visually appealing weather icons that change dynamically based on the current weather (e.g., sun for sunny, cloud for cloudy, rain for rainy). Ensure the icons are scalable and responsive for different screen sizes. Use a weather icon library or create custom SVG icons for consistency.
