The current footer of the platform doesn't have the visual appeal or functionality it could . Some of the suggestions are: Implement a hover effect for all footer links to enhance user interaction. This could include color changes, underlining, or slight animations. Add more detailed descriptions in the footer to provide users with additional information and improve the overall user experience. I want to redesign and add more features to footer section:

Objective:

Redesign the footer layout with an updated color palette. Add a "back to top" button for easy navigation. Ensure the footer is fully responsive across all devices. Incorporate social media icons and links.

I am eager to take on this issue, as I am a contributor in GGSOCExt 2024 and Hacktoberfest. I kindly request that you assign this issue to me.
