Update doxygen documentation about how to modify/relocate pins used. #30

Currently, in the doxygen/html documentation it isnt very clear
how to modify the pins used to say free up analog pins on 168/328 boards.
There is mention of pin configuration files, the naming convention and
the pin syntax but nothing that really spells out how to do something useful
like change the pins around to free up analog pins on the smaller AVRs.
