Add documentation for useFacetLayoutEffect and update the documentation for useFacetEffect #31

As we have added a new function called useFacetLayoutEffect which uses React's useLayoutEffect as an underlying function, we have also updated the documentation to show this function.

Additionally, we have slightly updated the documentation for useFacetEffect to clarify how the function is called when multiple facets are passed as arguments.

This PR is related to #30.
