Tweaks mining spawn rates to be a little more reasonable and also more LORE ACCURATE to the common mineral make up of Arizona. Copper and lead are the most common, followed by zinc, iron, coal, and aluminum, followed closely by silver, and gold is very rare.
Also changes smelting to accept any kind of wood and in doing so I had to repath all of the wood. Otherwise this PR is just small tweaks like adding the pickaxe to tool and melee spawners since it has a use besides caving people's heads in now and rebalancing some of the smelter recipes for making refined ingots from ore.
Also adjusts plant spawn rates to make them a decent bit more common and also make the plant variety make a little more sense.
