Makes some adjustments to plant lifespan so the window to harvest isn't quite as narrow. Also fixes a couple spots on the map, puts lights in the hospital hall that doesn't have any and moves the police protectron and mantis that would get in a standoff a bit further away from each other. Also slightly decreases the low chance random lock spawner to revert my previous increase of it. Med and high are still higher than before.
Might add more to this before the test if I think of or find other stuff.
