Mini Mammoth setup part 2 #2414

About The Pull Request

Basically a follow up to #2411, includes some tweaks to Mini Mammoth loot, mob, and spawn wise to make it so a vast majority of players will spawn in the north side of the map and the south side of the map will be much more dangerous but also moderately more lucrative to venture into, to give people an actual reason to go to the south of the map since otherwise no factions are down there and it might get pretty neglected.

Also includes some other set-up like job changes and ore spawn changes, might include a few other things and if the sprites are finished in time I may add the new jobs that are needed as well. TBD

This isn't perfect but I'm comfortable with this being merged for now so it's not held up any longer. I'm going to add all the rest of the jobs and work on some surplus for the map all in one PR because adding jobs piecemeal is annoying.
