This PR adds a tons of stuff in Sewers on mini Mammoth. A couple of new tunnels.
New maintenance rooms and updating of couple of old places.
Pipes, pipes almost everywhere. That's what it was made for. And graffiti. And some tanks. And tons of trash. Le visual maintaining as it is.
Few "nooks" with pipes as places of interests which increases a mobility in a tunnels for a bit.
