About The Pull Request

A pretty hefty PR to add the new jobs and factions to Mammoth, new friends! Also makes quite a few map tweaks, most prominently tweaking the loot and mobs in the sewers and chemistry plant, as well as places chemistry sets around the map.

Why It's Good For The Game

I love new friends!!

Okay this is finally done, not really as well tested as I'd like it to be but I don't really have time to mess with it more. Merge me pls thx!!
