About The Pull Request

Basically title. Just adds in a new Ushanka Spooky sprited yesterday and fully implements the full gas mask he made originally. Pic is here, some nice variety

Ushanka and the winter hat is 50/50 for Grunts, full gas mask vs normal gas mask is 35/65

Why It's Good For The Game
