This ended up being smaller than I thought because I realized I had adjusted the Drought currency spawn chances in my original PR that messed with them. So this just reduces T1-3 ammo spawns by 5% and T1-2 gun spawns by 5% to make them a little more scarce, particularly to hopefully encourage ammo crafting more.
Slightly adjusts some loot on Drought and also improves upon some of the trader pathing with some more wait nodes and an additional restock node in the far south.
