Sprinkles new trash spawners around Drought and Mammoth. By no means perfect but much better than barely having them on the map at all. Does not include trash bags currently as they aren't fully implemented. There should be a follow up to this at some point that does things a little better and, obviously, adds trash bags but for now this will have to do.
