Improves some of my older works and adds entirely new buildings. The buildings that were there previously were either very old and outdated or were buildings that I deemed to be removed entirely as they just sucked. This PR adds 3 new buildings decorated to look like the most run down shitholes this side of Arizona. Along with that it improves the interior design of a couple of my older works to also look like shitholes.
