About The Pull Request

Removes Desert Rangers

Why It's Good For The Game

The curse is lifted. The Mojave is healing. Also apparently original already wanted this done, but now I'm doing it.

I hate this PR. Rangers are here to stay and will never be removed. Don't ask again.
