Remaking, Replacing, Refurbishing of old buildings on Mini Mammoth. This is part 1 of however many times I end up touching mammoth. This PR remakes almost all of the mini mammoth plaza with the bank.
Bank: Bank was still good so I just added trash and made some quality of life changes to the second floor and first floor (namely no more reinforced second floor windows)
Buildings: 3 New buildings because the old ones were old and I didn't wanna just add trash to them and call it a day.
