remove toolbox whitelist #2536

About The Pull Request

Removes whitelist, as suggested in #2535 by @ProfessorPopoff. I couldn't find any more whitelists to remove, so feel free to send me any you feel aren't needed

Why It's Good For The Game

toolbox = metal box for storing stuff
