makes the police station smaller + minor storytelling #207

Police station was too big in comparison to something like the firestation. image U.S. military showed up and used this as a base after the bombs fell, they left but a robot or whatever stayed, it killed some people who came in, it died and people looted the armory, idk. also someone shot themselves in the head in the main office.

Edit: Herein uomo also fixes missing NCR base roofs.

there seems to be an issue with skeletal remains blocking movement.
