As the title says. I ended up getting the random knack to go ahead and replace any pre-wall update window frame that wasn't the right colour in the town. This PR is a bit wide-spread but it was needed. I also fixed a small handful of areas and a lack of roof on one building. Besides this, i've added nothing. Obligatory screenshot even thought you won't really be able to point anything out from this scale.
