About The Pull Request

Adds 2 kinds of bars and doors that mappers can now add, they actually work like fences, being on the edge and shiet, only slight layering issue with this that the wallening will fix shortly, credit to starless for the base sprites. Also no shooting issues like other shitcoded fences that we got, 1/3 chance to throw small objects like grenades and stuff through too, pretty dope stuff, all tested and functional.

Also the noise for the Cell Doors is MEATY as hell man.
