Adds a brand new building in the south-east of the map. #250

About The Pull Request

Adds a standard fire-watch/forest ranger station to the South-East corner of the map, in the forested area. Once manned 24/7 365 to watch for forest fires in the surrounding coniferous forests, this now abandoned tower shows little sign of inhabitance, aside from some standard supplies and slight evidence of a long gone squatter.

Why It's Good For The Game

Less empty space makes for a more interesting map, and a better player experience.
