Crafting Element #260

About The Pull Request

Adds a fully working and modular crafting element for slap-crafting purposes, has flexibilities such as choosing noise, a surface it needs to be crafted on etc. Basically the processable element but better. Could be used in a ton of things. Singular crafted objects craft immediately and multiple options create a radial menu to choose from.

Needs review, some things are defined backwards and such.

While I'm not entirely sure the extent to which we'll be using this early on, and the inner workings of the code is probably better examined and reviewed by someone with more experience than me, conceptually this is really cool and definitely has a thumbs up from me. Very cool stuff.
