this makes it so automatics have 4 different states, fully loaded (chambered and loaded with a mag), chambered and no mag, not chambered but it does have a mag, and empty no mag and not chambered.
rifles have bolt open and bolt closed states

-arisaka is an arisaka now
-I added a nambu, probably won't be used, im just dumb, it's just a 9mm
-added chinese hunting rifle based off of the chiang-kai-shek rifle (chinese kar98k), it fills in the spot so arisaka can be an arisaka
-some reason .dme file was doing something weird, won't harm us just was weird thing it did (re-adding already defined files??? i never removed em, compiles, maybe cuz I added a new sound file and folder for arisaka)
-added "this machine" and it's sprite, Hekzder can edit or remove things as he wants
-scoped arisaka (either for admin spawn or a crafting recipe later)
