About The Pull Request

Adds in a ton of new furniture for mappers to fuck around with, originally made for eagle lakes this stuff can be used anywhere to flesh out our maps.

Things added:

1 new crate, breakable only with a crowbar (and an alternate one that isnt) /obj/structure/closet/crate/ms13/woodcrate
8 new shelving props (functional tbd) /obj/structure/ms13/storage
2 new types of professional counters, very many options /obj/structure/table/ms13/no_smooth/counter
1 new decorative object being the payphone, dosent do much except give the world some life /obj/structure/ms13/phone
probably more

also re-organises our structure of where stuff is a lil bit, higher degree of code layout etc.
