About The Pull Request

Makes some changes to the NCR base. Everything is mostly the same from #271 but isn't broken, look there for a detailed description ncr image image image

Why It's Good For The Game

Makes the NCR base homely :)

Your map is outdated again.

Update it. I made a PR the other day that changed around just about the entirety of the sewer level, I see that you actually did in fact update it somewhat, but this is completely negated by you using an outdated version of the map.

Off note: Everything looks alright. A lot of people spawn in the cafeteria and is kinda weird but alright.

image We have our own ms13 ladder subtype now. You oughta use it.
