Adds in immersive rugs. That's all. #308

Added the most immersive rugs in SS13 history. It's as simple as that folks.

Not really, At least not right this second.

This PR should be all good, now. I've added in the small mats, which can be rotated. Variable pickup times for extra immersion, small mats being the fastest and rubber mats being the worst. Rug wrangling is now an official profession in Mammoth.
