Roger That: Military Communication Outpost #326

Updated a Mountain Complex, reworked it into Military Communication Outpost with warehouses, lift, engineering rooms, data rooms, small medical post, ruined canteen etc.

Not too many technical faults here, i'll keep it brief.

image Don't put that APC board there. We don't want it there, even as a placeholder. God forbid it makes it past launch and people start building APCs.

image Don't bother putting areas on there. You can think of areas like a power grid. It's busted to shit, no reason those stray pieces would have power running to them, surely?

image I removed functionality of the catwalk trip exception over these. Oughta just remove those catwalks from over it, otherwise people will trip up on it.

image This one is my oopsie, but if you could fix it, that'd be nice. That north sticking out bit doesn't have anything above it. You'll probably have to shove the stairs a bit in a bit. When you get to SDMM, you'll see what i'm talking about.

image Close the one in the middle up, otherwise people could cross on that side before resorting power to the place and whatnot.

image Move that area down a single tile. To my knowledge it has to be over where it was placed, not where the icon shows up.

Thanks again. Merging this now, everything is compliant with what I requested to be changed. To note: The shutters will have to be linked to a button in the future. I'm noting it down, it won't make it past launch if I've got anything to say about it. Riddler says he'll fix it later, but who knows.
