A refreshing for Drought #333

It's that time again. Blanket PR time.

Drought2 Drought1 This is the overall state of drought, note that you can click on these images and zoom in for full resolution to look at any details you may want to see. In this PR, as I write this, I've moved some buildings around, moved some roads, gave a few places a facelift but a lot of it was just getting sure that it wasn't filled with outdated assets, making sure that weird var edits aren't here any more- at least any that I saw.

A bigger part of this PR being that I am:

  1. Fixing the plant generation to be desert themed plants, which is currently just the old ones, as I've not been provided the new ones yet

  2. Getting buildings out from cliff faces, including Legion. Which led to me remaking them nearly entirely.

  3. Giving the Rangers their base. This part isn't currently done, but I intend on doing it before I open it.

I should have the Rangers all figured out afterwards. I've recently got the clothing for them, but i'll add it all, as well as the roles to go with it in a PR after this.

And here it comes! Tonight I figured out how to get our Road decals fixed. Since I'm already working in the plating file, I went ahead and fixed it, as well as changing drought's roads to work with them, since the decals clearly didn't want to be nudged. I've also added torches for the Legion's light source, so that I don't have to give them electricity. They're not working perfectly, right this very second.

Well well well. Many days of a variety of different tasks, and i'm feeling sick. But here it is. Drought is officially up to date, to the best of my abilities. I may have forgotten one or two things in there, but the change is decently drastic. Anyways. Here's how the map turned out. Droughtnew2 Droughtnew1 As per usual, full resolution image. You can open it and look around down to the pixel.

The Ranger base came out looking really nice, I think. Rangers2 Rangers1 I based it around the idea that it was a bit of a Sheriff department back before the war, with places that I'd imagine one would roughly have. It's not the pinnacle of defense, but I designed it around the concept that the Desert Rangers are agile and ready to move, so they're not incredibly settled in. Bunking is literal sleeping bags and mattresses strewn about, particularly in the office area near the back second level. Some aspects of this can still change, if people speak up about it in particular.

Droughtnewnew2 Droughtnewnew Progress has been made even further since I wanted to stop. This is just about the stopping point though. I replaced many more TG assets with our own, and fixed numerous errors. Should be good to go.

I also un-embedded the factory and turned it 90 degrees, then dug those other buildings out a bit.
