This PR adds in the new cabinet sprites, the new chairs, and the new lights. As well as updating both maps with all the changes needed. I also culled some messed up things and made misc small visual changes through the maps.

As. Per. Usual. Full resolution image, you can expand and look at every detail. The lights look a bit jank on the map view, but in-game they're shifted on initialization. The wallening will cover it, if anything. But it won't be me, unfortunately. It's just BARELY outside of my paygrade.
This is all there is for now, though Infra is also making the tables so i'll probably shove those and do a bit of mass renovation on both maps again in this same PR just to get it out of the way, considering mapping scene is inactive right this very second.
