Ports AI nodes from TGMC, maps aren't changed to incorporate these

Why It's Good For The Game

Have it in the codebase for now until more ideasguy on mobs/map design alongside upstream merge happens

@AndrewL97 Not necessarily; this is just a feature for expanding upon hostile mobs/tg AI datums

In that case - @Koshenko @ma44 - How vital is the "new AI framework" for go-live? there are no details on the ticket, so I would argue it can wait until after launch
