Array creation routines

fixed some notations in identity function

NDArray

added CollectionElement trait to make use of NDArray in cases such as List[NDArray]().

Differentiation

added gradient function that calculates gradient based on finite differences method.

Sort

moved bubble sort to sort module.

Added new logos that have transparent background. This makes the logo look good in Github README.
