I have started working on the Molecular Dynamics project. I am working on the initial velocity generation part. We should discuss about the MD project.

I have finished initial velocity generation, switching potential. I am now working on the function to calculate force. @cgseitz is working on the langevin Integrator. What about you guys @vpasumarthi @vssatalkar?
