Flesh out plotting in episode 4 and add figures #13

This PR adds more information on plotting to episode 4.

Note that figures are present in the repository fig directory. Currently, I am using the notation episodexx_figy.png where xx is the episode number and y is the figure number in the episode for file names.

I really like the enhanced section on plotting. It is going to make this episode longer, which is fine. Since the geometry analysis project doesn't use plotting, should we move it to before plotting? That might create a natural stopping point in the lesson where we could pick up with plotting in Session 2. If we are going to do that, does it make sense to move plotting to its own separate episode?

Yes, I agree. I think we could do separate plotting into another section. This section doesn't show any other types of plots or tell them how to specify the x and y for the plot. Plotting seems import for undergrad research to me.
