Makes the template more MolSSI-centric. #7

This changes the template to customize it for MolSSI lessons. It changes the navbar to include the MolSSI logo and link and changes the lesson footer to assign the copyright to MolSSI and put the relevant links at the bottom of the page. It also changes the About page to add information about MolSSI.

It also changes the Setup page to include the relevant setup for our workshop.
