Just FYI, psi4 v1.3 requires only qcel v0.1.3 because I didn't want to unnecessarily impose the pydantic
requirement on them (or you, the packager). Nevertheless, I already have psi4 PRs that use v0.3.0, so probably good to get it packaged.
Well, I can't package qcel 0.1.3 since it's not the newest version...
Packaging QCElemental in Fedora to update to Psi4 1.3 I get
