TAPP no more? #11

It appears that Github does not provide help anymore to take over a dormant organization. The only way for us to get TAPP is to get in touch with the owners and convince them to re-assign the organization to us. The problem is that I don't think we can find out who the owners are, much less get in touch with them...

How about github.com/TensorPrimitives ?

tapporg and tapp_org are both still available.

I don’t know if we still want to discuss the name itself, but I remeber Devin liked the idea of tapas, which could have double p for the sake of searchability: TAPPAS (for the repo i suggest lowercase tappas) tensor algebra processing primitives api standard

but it appears to be also occupied with zero repos, in which case we can probably keep the tapporg which Paolo opened and move the repo there @devinamatthews @pauldj

edit: how about TAPPstandard as an organization name?
