Filesystem corruption / Glitches in audio files #80

This usually indicates a filesystem corruption. I saw a strange problem with logfiles and filesystem corruption also yesterday in a development version. I will try to mutex the USB access, libaums is not thread-safe and it seems to still cause issues in some rare cases.

I hope this is fixed in version 2.2.1
