Could not download stock files by "download_public_data" #161

I attempted to create a config.yml file and download the stock files using download_public_data. However, except for the upstp_model.hdf5, I was unable to download the other files from zenodo.org due to a 503 server error.

Here is error massages: Download failed with message 503 Server Error: Service Unavailable for url:https://zenodo.org/records/7797465/files/uspto_model.onnx

I am following the instructions on https://molecularai.github.io/aizynthfinder/configuration.html to create the configuration file, but I am having trouble downloading the models.
