As the title implies, create a Qt or GTK variant of the GUI side of this application.

Going with a Qt variant for the cross platform version. This project may be merged with the original WPF version once it is in a working state.

Project involving Qt is paused at this time. This portion will be resumed when resources are available to complete it.
