negative pvalues? enhancement of csv table outputs? #11

Hi team again

Any advice (if you seen that before) why there are negative pvalues? I know that pvalues should always be positive. I downloaded the csv table of selected features for component one here example screenshot image

and here is also susbet of the table

Please let me know what do you think. Anyway you can enhance the csv table output for the selected features as I needed to make editing on the table to make readable! here is the unedited format (directly downloaded from holomics) PLS-DA_diet_SelectedFeatures_comp1_unedited_subset.csv
