i am using the shiny app of the latest versions of hologenomics and mixomics and I am getting the error "The selected data and classes are incompatible due to their different amount of samples! Please change your selection!" although I am sure they are the same names and numbers (detected by the hologenomics app as 60 in both). samples names are the first column in each of them without column title/head name.
Is it a bug? please advice thanks Marwa

i was having two sheets in the excel file rather than one! I think now is solved.
