Fix iTop 3.0 deprecated setup log calls #16

Following SetupPage::log* deprecation with iTop 3.0, I get errors on setup on a fresh install with E_DEPRECATED flags enabled in my php.ini This fix replaces 2 SetupPage::log_info with SetupLog::Info and should be compatible at least down to iTop 2.4
