Only private IPs for worker nodes #14

It would be nice if it were an option to only use the private IPs for workers. It turns out that IPs can be a scarce resource in (our) private cloud infrastructure...

The obvious complication is that this only works for workers in the same subnet as the controller (but this is a frequent use-case).
