windows 剪切板上传没有反应，没有任何提示

已找到解决办法，如果有哥们在找这个问题的解决办法，去日志报错的位置（我的是C:\Users\cchili\AppData\Roaming\picgo\）下面自己创建一个文件夹picgo-clipboard-images即可
