Ajax file uploads - initial

It would probably be a good time to sync, this will also fix the Sponsor attachments issues that people are facing.

Still TODO:

• -fix remote links (broken flow since changing attachments to ajax)-
• -create thumbnails for images (either using sidekiq, or tracking down another solution to carrierwave)-
• investigating mime type problem
• make everything slightly prettier
• embed into games page
• -allow users to remove attachments-

I am getting a failed to upload JS alert when I upload a new sponsor image.

@sirwolfgang Have you updated everything to the latest on my branch.

If so, can you tell me what the error text is, and possibly what it looks like in your Web Inspector. (ie: is it a bad response code, or a cancelled request, is there a visible error trace in the HTTP response)
