Supervised ldk selection #207

This changes how coo is presented to more easily see where locator() is placing red points, and changes progress bar to numbers of point selected against limit of nb.ldk. As this is my first pull request, I've probably done it wrong and apologize if it is annoying.

Thanks for your contribution and interest. I'm rewriting Momocs these days (https://momx.github.io/) and I just released the legacy Momocs version on CRAN. We will have a much better alternative to this, with Momacs. Your improvement is fine but given this, I dont merge it. Hope you dont mind, and feel free to contribute to MomX ;-)
